Six tools, because one would not hold.

Dubai real estate involves trades that do not share clients, cycles or obligations. Stacking them into a single product yields a product that is mediocre on six fronts.

An investor buying off-plan, a developer structuring a project, a broker selling an inventory and an agent working their leads are not looking for the same thing at the same moment. Each deserves a tool built for them, not a tab inside someone else's tool.

What they do share is the data. Price per square foot, yields by community, developer payment schedules and the regulatory frame are the same for everyone. That is what the internal foundation is for: one set of figures, consumed by the five public platforms.

Without it, each product would rebuild its own numbers and they would drift apart within months. An investor would read one yield in one tool and a different one in the next. That is precisely what this architecture exists to prevent.
